During the holiday season, it can be challenging to stick to your fitness and nutrition goals. Parties, meeting with family, going out with your coworkers. The fun and joy in life can sometimes be a downer to your progress, but it shouldn’t be remembered as “the season where I gained 4lbs.”
Remember to eat protein, to get your veggies in, and enjoy the holidays. You worked the whole year to be able to celebrate your accomplishments. Don’t forget to enjoy them.
